1. What this website is for

The site presents our pistachio product families, lets food businesses and trade buyers request a price or a sample, and offers direct contact by email and WhatsApp. It is aimed at businesses. It is not an online shop: nothing is sold or paid for on this site.

2. Enquiries and sample requests are not orders

• Sending a price enquiry or a sample request does not place an order, reserve goods or oblige either side. It asks us to get in touch.
• A confirmation on screen means only that our email service has accepted your message for delivery to us. It is not an acceptance of a request, and we may decline a request or ask for more information.
• Any sale, sample supply or other commitment arises only from a separate written offer, order confirmation or agreement. That document sets the final specification, grade, packaging, price, availability, quantity, lead time, delivery terms and any other conditions.
• Samples are supplied subject to availability and on the terms agreed for them.

3. Product information and images

• Product descriptions, specification tables and typical values on this site are general trade references for information. They are not measured results for a specific lot and are not a guarantee for every format.
• The specification that applies to an order is the one in the product specification sheet, lot documentation and the written agreement for that order.
• Images are illustrative. As detailed on our Photography page, some have been digitally retouched and some are generated illustrations; they do not show a specific shipment, grade or batch. Appearance is confirmed against an agreed sample.
• We try to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors or outdated information, and we may change or remove content at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• submit false, misleading or impersonating details, or send enquiries you are not authorised to send on behalf of a business;
• send automated, bulk or repeated submissions, or use the forms for spam, advertising or unrelated messages;
• try to probe, bypass or interfere with the site’s security, rate limits or infrastructure, or introduce malicious code;
• copy the site’s content in bulk or use automated tools to extract it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may reject submissions, block access or take other reasonable steps if the site is misused.

5. Ownership of the content

The text, design, product data, photographs, illustrations and brand assets on this site, including the Pistami name and logo, belong to Pistami İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or to the people who have licensed them to us. You may view the site, and print or save pages for the purpose of evaluating our products and contacting us. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use needs our prior written permission. WhatsApp and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

6. WhatsApp and other third-party services

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a service of Meta that we do not control, with a suggested message addressed to our Spanish number +34 669 260 133. You remain in control: review, edit or discard the message before sending it. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its use. Our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages, linked from the footer, are operated on those platforms under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that this site links to.

7. Personal data

Our Privacy Notice explains what we do with the details you share through the site, including the enquiry form, the draft kept in your browser, and contact by email or WhatsApp.

8. Availability and changes to the site

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of faults. We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided for general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general information on the site, from errors or omissions in it, from interruptions or unavailability of the site, or from third-party services linked from it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights that mandatory law gives you. Liability for a specific order is governed by the agreement for that order.
