You do not need a complete technical specification to start a conversation. A clear first brief helps us understand what you need, identify the questions still to answer and prepare a quotation that is useful for your business.

THE STARTING POINT

Start with product, quantity and destination. Add the application, preferred packing and sample requirements when you have them.

Describe the product and its use

Start with one of our two categories: in-shell pistachios or pistachio kernels. For in-shell, include the variety, count and preparation if you know them. For kernels, share the type, required appearance and intended application.

If you have not chosen a product yet, describe what you plan to make or sell. A photograph of your reference sample or an existing written specification can help frame the discussion. You can also select ‘Help me choose’ in the enquiry form.

Connect quantity with packing

Tell us the quantity for the first order and, if relevant, your expected repeat requirement. Distinguish an initial trial from a regular purchasing plan so that both can be discussed clearly.

Pistami’s packing options include 25 kg and 50 kg bags, 1 MT big bags and vacuum-packed cartons. The appropriate format, liner, inner pack weight and outer packaging are agreed for the selected product and order. A vacuum-packed carton does not imply a fixed carton weight.

Describe how your team receives, stores and handles goods. Include any constraints on bag weight, pallet dimensions or lifting equipment. These practical details help establish whether a proposed format works at your receiving site.

Give a destination and a target date

We arrange delivery in Türkiye and anywhere in Europe. Share the destination country, city and postcode, together with your preferred delivery period. A destination gives the team a basis for discussing transport and the details that affect the quotation.

Confirm the delivery terms, responsibilities and timing in the written offer. A preferred arrival date is useful planning information; it becomes a commitment only when it has been agreed for the order.

Bring sample and document needs into the brief

Tell us whether you need a sample before approving the product. Include any product specification, allergen information or relevant lot analysis required by your purchasing or quality team. This helps make the document discussion part of the order from the beginning.

An enquiry starts a conversation. Before ordering, review the final product specification, packing, commercial terms and delivery details together in the quotation.
